Account Executive
Job Description
- You will be supervising the accounts team to handle daily operations and at the same time handle the full sets of accounts
- We need you to prepare monthly financial statements and accounting report
- You will also do regular review of customers credit profile (payment terms and credit limits) and ensure proper update in the system.
- We need you to implement credit control policies and procedures
- Handling purchasing, sales delivery, liaise with suppliers and other ad hoc as required
The Requirements
- Diploma or professional degree in accountancy
- Minimum two years working experience in related field
- Applicant with audit experience is added advantage
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess strong analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills
- MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERSE IN CHINESE
